Step 1

Advanced Hopper System

Each hopper in "The Kripton" line is equipped with an automated discharge system, allowing seamless material flow.

Designed for background designs, the system ensures optimal placement of materials for replicate natural stone backgrounds with big and small multi-shades areas.

Hoppers can handle color-specific materials, with each unit receiving a different color directly from the mixer. The 4+4 and 6+6 hopper units are designed for position side-by-side materials or layered on top each other with maximum throughput and efficiency.

The 8+8 hopper unit is uniquely designed to discharge materials on top of others, enabling layered material applications for specialized processes.

Safety and Visibility

Yellow guardrails are incorporated throughout the machinery, ensuring worker safety while maintaining clear operational visibility.

High-contrast red overall sections highlight critical areas for enhanced monitoring.

Step 2

Equipped with no.2 Automatic Veins injectors, each of them handling no. 2 powder pigments colors for create cloud or stretched veins.

No. 1 set of lump-breaker to merge the multiple colors layers created during the STEP 1

No. 2 Robots Arms operated by Italian software, it will allow to use powder pigments, liquid pigments and B body materials for a natural stone blend of colors and designs.
